Q: How do I order?
A: If you are a new customer, please kindly sign in to create
an account at our shop. Also, you will be able to sign in and create an account
after you have selected items for shopping. If you are a returning customer,
simply sign in before you check out.

Q: What are payment options?
A: We accept PayPal payment. Major credit cards can be used. Please follow PayPal
menu for payment options. If you have PayPal account already, you may be able
to pay easier.
Q: Please explain Steps to order?
A: 1) At categories page or product page, click "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" icon.

3) Sign in as a customer. Skip this if you singed in already.

4) "Delivery Information" menu appears. Check the shipping address. If you wish
to use the different address for the order, enter your new shipping address.
Or you can go back to click "My Account" icon to correct your main address.

5) "Payment Information" menu appears. PayPal payment method is available. You
can pay with your credit card, even though you do not have PayPal account.

6) "Order Confirmation" menu appears. Check order information and click "Confirm
Order" icon.

7) "PayPal" menu appears. You may get different PayPal menus depend on your
PayPal account status. Proceed with the instructions.

8) "PayPal Review" menu appears. Click "Pay" to confirm
payment. Menu may be different depends on your PayPal account status.

9) "PayPal Done" menu appears. It is important to click "Complete
your Order Confirmation" icon to go back to our shop site. Otherwise,
your order may not be recorded properly.

10) When all the process went through, you will see "Your Order Has Been
Processed!" screen. If you do not get this screen, your order may not be
completed. Your order can be checked by clicking "My Account" icon
on the top menu bar.

Q: How can I check items in my shopping cart?
A: Click "Shopping Cart" icon on the upper right column to check the selection,
change quantity, remove items or continue shopping.
Q: How can I change my address?
A: Click "My Account" icon on the top menu bar and
you can view or change your account, address, password etc.
Q: How can I check status of my order?
A: Click "My Account" icon on the top menu bar and
you can check status of each order.
Q: What is meaning of "Order Status"?
A: When you check your order, there is "Order Status"
on each order. Meanings are as follows.
Preparing [PayPal IPN] = Payment process is not completed yet.
We do not process anything on this status.
Pending = Payment process is completed. We start processing
your order.
Processing = Payment process is completed. Your order is on
back order now and we try to ship as early as possible.
Delivered = Order has been shipped from us. It takes several
days to reach to your address.
Q: How can I go back to payment screen to pay?
A: Generally, in case you leave the payment process by using
"back button of browser" to return to former page, you cannot go back
to the payment process again. It is due to security reason. To avoid this, please
return to former page by using "cancel button" in the payment process
page. In case you cannot return to payment process, please process ordering
once again.
Q: How can I do for duplicated orders?
A: We only ship order that payment process is completed. So
even though there is duplication of your order, we do not ship any order if
order status is "Preparing [PayPal IPN]"(which means payment process
is not completed). So it is not necessary to ask us to cancel such orders. We
will cancel unpaid status order periodically. Generally, the order duplication
may occur when "back button of browser", instead of "cancel button"
in the page is used, in ordering/payment process. It is due to the system need
to keep track of order and payment property, and prevent from session disconnection.
To avoid this, please use "cancel button" in the page.
