Crazy4bargain is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality, reliable delivery and customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us via email or phone. On rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty and defective, and in keeping with our commitment to providing Customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facilities as set out below.
1. All goods supplied by Crazy4bargain are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. Subject to this, however, goods are not tested or sold as being fit for any particular application for use under specific conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Crazy4bargain does not sell products for trial use. Members are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
3. Under the EC Distance Selling Directive (DSR), you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 days commencing the day after the date that the item were delivered. You do not need to give us any reason for canceling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods purchased were made to the customer’s specification and where the goods purchased were audio or video recording or computer software, and you have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.
4. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone, notify us by email to info@crazy4bargain.co.uk, with the order reference number.
5. When customers exercise their right to cancel they are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Upon receipt of goods, full refund (minus postage cost) will be made within 30 days from the time the contract was cancelled. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you the customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
6. The right to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply if the goods are not returned unused with all packaging and seals intact and all fittings and guarantees enclosed. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
7. If the goods you received were incorrect because of our error we will pay for the delivery costs, of collection of the incorrect item and then the cost of the safe return of the correct goods back to the customer.
8. Subject to testing in order to verify any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement, if , but only if, any shortages or damage or defect are reported within 2 days of receipt and the goods are returned within 7 days of purchase. Furthermore, products sold on a “no-return” basis will not be accepted for credit under any circumstances (see returns policy). Products sold on a “no-return” basis will clearly state so.
9. Crazy4bargain is not responsible for any damage caused by improper misuse or assembly of item.
10. Details where to send authorized product returns will be given once a Returns Authorisation (RA) has been issued.
11. All returned goods must be accompanied by Crazy4bargain Returns Authorisation number (RA) which must be obtained by email. Returned goods will not be accepted without a RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging, not on the goods. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delay and additional costs.
12. Crazy4bargain cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.
13. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of postage is to be borne by the customer.
14. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. Following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.
15. Most products will have a Manufacturers Warranty included in the package that will apply. This warranty shall not apply if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the customer, or to goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
16. Any refund will be made by the original method of payment.
17. Unless, otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, all goods delivered to UK mainland address carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty procedure. In order to expedite a resolution of your problem, we may refer you to the product manufacture who will deal directly with the return. In these instances, we will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer.
18. No software on which seals have been broken can be returned for credit or exchange. If any software disc are faulty they will be replaced by the manufacturer. Please note Software Licences are not refundable
19. Some manufacturers require goods to be returned within 7 days or less in order to secure refund. In such instances the manufacturer’s limit will apply and therefore Crazy4bargain will only accept a return within 7 days of purchase or the manufacturer’s time limit if it is less than 7 days.
20. Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive the order before 12.00pm UK time on a working day. If it cannot be dispatched the same day, the dispatch day will be the next working day. Shipping schedules are counted in working days (Monday-Friday are normally working days, public holidays and week-ends are not).
21. If you are out a card will be left requesting you contact the Courier's local depot to arrange re-delivery, or your local post office. If they do not hear from you within 5 working days your order may be returned to our office. If the delivery is returned to our offices we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
22. For recorded delivery please provide a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for the goods over the time period when your goods are likely to arrive.
23. Please provide us with the correct telephone/mobile number in case our couriers need to contact you.
24. We use both Royal Mail and Parcel Force delivery services:
Parcel Force / Courier Next Business Day: Majority of orders weighing 2 kgs or more will be dispatched next working day using this service.
Royal Mail: for smaller items weighing less than 2 kgs – we use a 1st class or airmail service. Please note Royal Mail does not guarantee 1st class transit times.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Special request –Additional cost applicable-, delivered Monday to Saturday.
Saturday Delivery: Special request -Additional cost applicable– dispatched to arrive on the coming Saturday.
25. We accept orders from UK mainland only, unfortunately at the moment we do not deliver to Scottish Highland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Channel Isles.
26. All orders are subject to stock availability.
27. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.
28. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if the item was not collected or if a re-delivery is not arranged by you on receipt of a card from the courier or Royal Mail.
29. During times of peak seasonal demand (e.g. Valentine Day, Mothers Day and especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order. Please therefore allow extra time for delivery during this period.
